Oh, how beautiful and how good it is! A terrace on the banks of the Guisane to let yourself be lulled by the sound of the water, a trendy gourmet restaurant run by people with a passion for cooking and local produce. Alexandra's warm welcome and Joël's exceptional cuisine make the most of local produce, delivering personalized versions of traditional dishes such as fresh trout with lemon butter, roast Reblochon with smoked bacon and delicious cuts of beef. Splendid plates with original flavors. Always our favorite.
