As they are sweet these Lambs, a term which not only refers to animals grazing in the green pastures of the Lautaret, but also a summit of the Ecrins Massif. As it is gentle to stay in the Lambs, a traditional establishment that has been in family for 14 years in the middle of unspoilt nature. From the start, we are immersed in the land with the famous boiled bread that will keep all year round.
