On the first weekend in August, Saint-Martin-Vésubie celebrates the bread and crafts of yesteryear! All day long, demonstrations of how to make and bake 500 kg of bread in the communal oven are organized. There are many activities: craft market, animal parade, ponies walk, making and selling gnocchi, pan bagnat, polenta, socca... Another highlight of the day: the demonstration of the crafts of yesteryear with the threshing of wheat, the shearing of sheep in the traditional way, the milking of cows and goats, the making of cheese, the distillation of lavender...
