This establishment is a real Sisterson institution which has built up a reputation thanks to the warm welcome and the gastronomy which are at the centre of the house's concerns. You will be charmed by the exposed stonework and the fireplace in the restaurant, not forgetting the terrace which is a pleasant stopover in the heart of the old town, perfect as a tourist stopover. On the menu, regional cuisine with local specialities such as Sisteron lamb, the famous pied-paquets or fish dishes.

Annual leave from beginning of November to mid-March. Open daily for lunch from 12pm to 2pm and in the evening from 7pm to 9pm. Menu from €18 to €34 (main course and dessert at €18. Menu at €25, entrance, main course and dessert. Menu local specialties at €34, entrance, main course, cheese, dessert). Fixed rate formula: €15 (daily special and dessert, for lunch and dinner). Nous avons apprécié ce restaurant pour son service très agréable et attentionné, son cadre sous les arbres en terrasse. La cuisine était bonne et de qualité mais pas très originale pour des prix quand même assez élevés. En résumé, un bon repas et une bonne soirée.

Très bon accueil, repas excellent servi sans trop d'attente malgré une salle bien "remplie". Nous y étions allés l'an dernier et nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir lors de prochains passages à Sisteron

Excellente expérience
1 nuit avec dîner et petit dej passée dans cet établissement.
Accueil et personnel professionnel et adorable.
Dîner cuisine traditionnel excellent ( terrines et les pieds paquets sont a tomber a la renverse )
Petit dej simple et efficace ( très bon chocolat au lait)
Le style des chambres mériterait un peu plus de "modernité", La propreté en est cependant irréprochable ????
