The Saint-Pons Church, classified as a historical monument, was built on the site of a 6th century Benedictine convent and has benefited from several construction campaigns from the 13th century to the present day. There are elements dating from the 15th century that are worth a visit, such as the fresco on the south tympanum of the building. The portals and the bas-reliefs are of equal architectural interest, and we advise you to linger and examine the details of this beautiful church if you are passing through the Ubaye valley.
