Sandra provides efficient service and Patrick works with local produce to offer tasty cuisine combining tradition and modernity. Just a few of the dishes on offer: home-made brandade, stuffed lamb roulade and white cabbage fondue, honey-roasted quail and butternut gratinée, and for dessert, a successful pistachio praline and vanilla ice cream puff pastry.
