Weekly market in Dignes-les-Bains, classified by mis as one of the most beautiful in France, with stalls selling local produce.
The most beautiful market in the Sud PACA region and 7ᵉ of France in 2022, the weekly market in Digne-les-Bains is held on Wednesday mornings in Place du Général de Gaulle and on Saturday mornings on Boulevard Gassendi, which is closed to traffic for the occasion. It's a very comprehensive market. Its stalls sell vegetables, local cheeses, poultry, fruit from the Durance valley, regional products such as lavender and honey, books, accessories, clothing and typical fabrics, as well as the famous socca niçoise, a delicious chickpea flour cake.

A lively market, in the heart of the city. it is divided into 2 parts, on one side food you with various stalls gathering regional flavours, with lots of products " bio" from local producers, the other part is dedicated to clothes, haberdashery, hardware, second-hand booksellers... a market not to be missed!
