You don't change a winning team. Jean-Luc, Sandrine and their daughter Alexandra are still at the head of this real Dignoise institution which was created in the 19th century. In this café-brasserie, you can enjoy a coffee or a drink or a homemade meal made with fresh and local ingredients. Everything is good here and the welcome is extra in a friendly and family atmosphere. Among the specialities: feet and packages, hot local goat cheese salad, sublime entrecote (some come especially for her!), eggplant gratin with parmesan cheese, 100% homemade burger with homemade bread and Charolais chopped steak, not to mention pizza made with organic flour and once again 100% homemade. We're having a great time! We come and come back with our eyes closed, even for desserts, like this lemon meringue pie or this tiramisu that remain on the menu all year round, so much do customers want them. Impressive beer and wine cellar at cellar prices. At the first rays of sunshine, you will enjoy the beautiful terrace.
