We have just spent a few days in family in the Tranquyl cottage. We were disappointed for several reasons: The lack of light in the rooms, very low heating in the winter, very simple breakfast, smell drain in one of the rooms, impossibility of reaching the cuisine in day, making heat the bib of a child…but all this is nothing if guests had been pleasant! We had simply the impression to always disturb them…They do not have any sense of hospitality and are not very friendly and we have to suffer several very inappropriate comments our arrival. It is really a shame, as the cottage in himself rather nice and is well-located (10 minutes walk from the center of barcelonnette). It is needless to suggest points of improvement on site to them because they tie to it no meaning and take you summit. We do not recommend it and we are not demanding. This was our first negative experience in guesthouse, however, we have the custom in which guests are normally known for being particularly pleasant and welcoming.

Do not worry críticos which will follow will be there on your site... because we were disappointed of our stay. Starting with the lack of warmth and friendliness and a fresh and clean with a tiny TV. Only breakfast including bread and jam ..... very expensive for a room at €82! Give in question...

je suis la propriétaire du Gite tranquyl non labélisé, authentique maison d'hôtes
les seuls avis qui m'intéressent sont ceux de mon site uniquement. Vivant au coeur de ma maison j'offre les mêmes prestations dont je dispose chaleur, confort, espace, nature et produits du terroirs frais .....

Gîte propre mais a part cela, chambre sans confort, sans chauffage la nuit quand il fait -5 degrés dehors !!! Manque de couverture. Sans parler du petit déjeuner sans aucun intérêt, 8 euros pour une tranche de pain rassis cela fait un peu cher. Gîte que je ne recommande absolument pas.

Clean large room... without table and chairs... tiny television...sommier=planche...bathroom lighting weakening... a bedside lamp for 2... you can well from the shower in the neighbours...the top it is every Sunday morning: cold toast...nothing to 76€ meal without nevertheless ..... manger.mais I forget the address!

What a pleasure to come to this Cottage L! a warm and friendly! homemade dishes with local products! but a great atmosphere in beautiful surroundings! Barcelonnette is 5 minutes away on foot! in short it bears its name of Cottage TRANQUYL!!!! I highly recommended!

Too sound room, basic layout. Very bad bedding to be changed, box-spring beds (planches) wooden non in conformity, with Matelas foams not very thick.

nous y sommes allé en été 2012 !
ancien dortoir et bruyant
chambre avec rien (armoire, table) , très petite TV on y voit rien une fois couché !
matelas hors d'âge avec un sur-matelas pour durcir
nous n'avons pas eu de lit de 160 ou 140, deux petits lits avec gros espace entre les 2.
très mauvaise insonorisation, on entend les voisins dans leur salle de bain comme si ils étaient dans la notre ... épouvantable la nuit et le matin.
le petit déjeuner, avec du pain de la veille, le beurre presque ranci ... style réfectoire !!

je n'ai pas de dortoir ,pas de sur-matelas le gite est neuf de 5ANS , le petit déjeuner est frais chaque matin ... aucune refexion à ce jour ....bizard la date du commentaire ne correspond pas à la venue et surtout inconnu de mon planning ??????

stays very well located at the exit of BARCELONNETTE between the gare de Praloup and SAUZE for skiing on piste and not far from St Paul and LARCHE for cross-country skiing...
a very friendly, very pleasant rooms, good food without forgetting Génépy...
