Restaurant to enjoy a delicate and gastronomic cuisine in Monswiller.
Here you'll enjoy the delicate, gourmet cuisine of Yves Kieffer, whose great-grandparents founded the restaurant in 1932. Kasbür means "cheese farmer" in Alsatian and refers to the activity of the chef's ancestors. Restaurant de très haut niveau, tout est présent : saveurs, cadre et accueil. De grandes découvertes gustatives. Merci !

Ristorante stellato in Alsazia che abbiamo deciso di provare per una cena di coppia. I piatti sono molto elaborati, le porzioni non molto abbondanti ma comunque con un ottimo abbinamento di sapori. I prezzi sono molto alti (in particolare il piatto di formaggi) ma da considerare per questo tipo di cucina. Servizio cordiale e veloce.
