In a typical setting, facing the sea, it's the entire ocean that wanders through Jacques Petitgas' ponds: turbot, lobsters and crawfish, Guittière oysters, mussels, sea urchins, various shellfish, langoustines, shrimp... This oyster farmer accumulates awards for his oysters: 4 medals in 2018 at the Salon de l'Agriculture, including 2 in gold for the Celestine, a variety of fleshy oyster raised both at sea and in the marshes. Passionate oyster farmers for more than 30 years, Murielle and Patrick Guyau invite you to discover their oyster production in Talmont-Saint-Hilaire, in the Payré estuary. This couple of oyster farmers offer a wide variety of seafood products: oysters, shellfish, crustaceans, but also seafood platters to taste on the spot or to take away! In addition to seafood products, they also offer some local products from Vendée, such as salt, fish terrines and rillettes, fish soups, saltwort and wine.
