A modern setting with a beautiful terrace, ideal for a drink or to enjoy various dishes.
Hidden in a tiny village 15 minutes from Les Sables-d'Olonne, this establishment is a nice surprise. It stands at the entrance to Domaine du Lac, a residential park. The setting is modern, bathed in light thanks to the bay windows that surround it and overlook the swimming pool on one side and the river on the other. Having a drink on the terrace and enjoying the view makes it a rather privileged establishment. All the more so as the menu created by Chef Pierre puts the spotlight on local producers. Renewed every 2-3 months, this winter it featured langoustine ravioli in Thai broth and Chinese cabbage as a starter, then hake tournedos, creamy risotto with langoustine coulis or candied lamb shoulder, full-bodied juice, spelt risotto with candied tomatoes. And to finish on a sweet note, chocolate banana egg rolls and vanilla ice cream. For late risers, brunch every Sunday from 11am to 3pm.
