L'Ételle, the new name of the Fleur de Sel hotel restaurant, offers a new, more accessible lunch menu from Wednesday to Saturday, and a festive Sunday menu: Déjeuner du Dimanche. For dinner, a unique menu with a choice that changes daily over 2 weeks: the Croisière menu and the small evening menu. Chef Eric Pichou celebrates 30 years in the business this year. Meticulous decor combines timeless elegance with a seaside feel.
