This small gourmet bistro, as it defines itself, is hidden in a typical noirmoutrine house in a small street behind the castle. Warm and cosy setting on the ground floor with a second, slightly larger room upstairs. Simple and traditional, home-made and seasonal cuisine, a short menu which is displayed on the slate with, among the specialities, the "oeufs cocotte", the "foie gras à la Trouspinette", the cuttlefish stew, the fillet of sea bream "Royale" and its sweet potato puree, and all this at reasonable prices. A discreet address.
