A charming and bucolic setting for this former mill from the second half of the 15th century, nestled at the foot of the castle of Mortagne-sur-Sèvre and in front of the Sèvre Nantaise, 15 minutes from the Puy du Fou. In the heart of a park of 6,000 m², the beautiful and large bourgeois house offers five spacious bedrooms, several of which can accommodate 4 people. On the ground floor: living room with fireplace and TV, breakfast room. On sunny days, you can relax on the terrace in front of the Sèvre river. The "Moulin" room, with its warm orange and chocolate colours, is a favourite.
