Restaurant with a terrace offering a fine and tasty cuisine, accompanied by a beautiful wine list.

Audrey and Laurent Soulard's restaurant is one of the finest in the south Vendée region. In the dining room or on the terrace overlooking the swimming pool, discover fine, inventive cuisine such as the grilled hake and mullet duo, fennel ginger condiment, large lead risotto with vegetables, langoustine fumet. The menu changes every 2 months and always includes a vegetarian dish. A passionate cuisine where everything is homemade, where local products (mostly organic) are favored, with a fine wine list! Also offers 6 charming rooms.

a very good address, perfect lunch after foie gras, mackerel grilled - hulls and mussels on cabbage bed and a soft coconut and ice ..... and of course homemade bread! qualified and attentive but not too! I will go back

To start with, I took a lobster bisque which was very tasty, then I continued with soft ham hock with are accompanied by polenta.

The bread is actually homemade and is delicious, which is not so frequent in the restaurants.
