Restaurant with bright room, patio and terrace, where the chef's cuisine is gastronomic and with local products from Vendée
The Savoyard chef's cuisine is gastronomic, taming local produce from the Vendée region, such as stuffed cabbage in broth or duck fillet with cranberry sauce, and the Sphère chocolat, caramelized apple, peanut and caramel ice cream, on its Vendée brioche, for dessert. During the week, the chef offers a lunchtime menu. The fine, gourmet cuisine doesn't forget burger lovers, with a choice of 6 elaborate recipes, accompanied by home fries. The room is bright, but the patio with its large terrace was our favorite.
