Visit a farm with about fifty salt pans on the Ile d'Olonne, to learn all about the salt marsh.
Benoît and Mathieu operate about 50 salt licks. Their farm has been awarded the "Accueil paysan" label and the "Nature et Progrès" mention, demonstrating their commitment to agriculture that is concerned about the product and the natural environment. Their activity is divided between clay, salt and salicorne; they also raise sheep. From April to September, they offer a one-hour "discussion walk", to learn and above all exchange ideas around the salt marsh.
