A well-presented plate with traditional cuisine at a good value in L'Île-d'Olonne.
In the heart of the village of Saunier, in a house with an atypical front, the door opens on a pleasant decor. In summer, there is a terrace. On a basis of traditional cuisine, the plate is well presented, with generosity and color in each of them, all on a good quality/price ratio. The dishes oscillate between the tradition with the mogettes and ham of Vendée or the frogs' legs, specialities of the marsh, without forgetting the proximity of the sea with the fish, the mussels in season. As a sweet conclusion, homemade iced nougat.

Très bon accueil en tout simplicité,lieu plutôt agréable, bien insonorisé, cuisine excellente, délicate et copieuse.La gâche façon pain perdue caramel beurre salé est a tomber.je recommande vivement, attention il faut réserver longtemps a l avance et oui ils ont du succès.

Encore un excellent repas pris hier soir à l’Etelle. C’est pas dur, nous avons pris un abonnement mensuel afin de découvrir les nouveaux plats du chef. L’accueil est au top. Le rapport qualité prix réponds à toutes nos attentes, voir plus. Merci à toute l'équipe en salle et à celle de l’ombre derrière les fourneaux.
