On the embankment, undoubtedly the best artisanal ice creams in Les Sables! In summer, around 100 flavors, from the classics to the most original. Karine works in close collaboration with a local master ice-cream maker, who produces ice creams in a range of surprising flavors: lime-ginger, raspberry-yuzu, coconut curry, salted butter caramel cream, caramel chips, or chocolate sorbet for milk intolerants. Cotton candy, popcorn, Kinder Bueno and Smurf flavors are sure to delight children. Also available: Italian ice (from the Montaigu dairy), waffles and home-made crêpes.
