Ô Bell' Endroit is a unique restaurant in the Bell area, the brainchild of two sisters who found it difficult to find a job for their brother, Valentin, who has Down's syndrome. Rebecca's cooking is both traditional and creative. Valentin serves, along with other young people (in the dining room and in the kitchen). A virtual menu system with photos of dishes and desserts has been devised to facilitate the work of the waiters. In the kitchen, tasks have been simplified. A wonderful initiative that gives disabled people a chance!

On s'est bien régalé !
Un petit mot sur l'équipe du service : j'ai eu l'occasion de voir Valentin lors d'une conférence débat (je pense au moins que c'était lui). Il était fier de gagner sa vie car il travaille. Cette fierté elle se manifeste dans leur motivation, ce que n'est pas forcement le cas pour tous les salariés dans autres restaurants .
