In a unique atmosphere, this oyster bar with terrace, located in La Guérinière offers a tasting of shellfish.

It is the last oyster bar created on the island of Noirmoutier! It opened its doors in the heart of an oyster farming area, in spring 2022. The pretty wooden structure is accessed by a pontoon. The furniture, mostly made of wood, gives a warm and chic spirit with shade sails on one part. The terrace is landscaped, and in the evening, with the lights, the atmosphere is unique. On the program, tasting of oysters of course, mussels too, but not only, since in the building stands a tank with shellfish (lobsters). Very nice!

Vu la chaleur caniculaire nous avons demandé des places ombragées vu qu'il y avait plusieurs tables disponibles sous parasol. Refusées car paraît-il réservées. Lors de notre départ vers 14h00, aucune de ces tables n'avait été occupée.

Pause enchantée autour d’un plateau d’huîtres numéro 3: le personnel est souriant et aimable, le cadre très agréable (décoration bois et terrasse très agréable en bordure de marais, abritée du soleil ou pas selon les envies) et les huîtres délicieuses.
