David Lecossois guides you through a real initiatory journey, where you will discover how oysters grow and develop, and how oyster farmers manage to give them this unique character. Visit of the claires, discovery of the maturing basins, meeting with producers through a 2-hour visit that ends with a tasting. In 2007, he won the gold medal at the Vendée departmental competition for his hollow oysters, and then bronze in 2008. You will be able to buy its oysters, but also mussels, shellfish and crustaceans as well as seafood platters (to order) directly here, the fishponds being open every day, as well as on various markets in the Vendée: Fromentine on Saturdays, Notre-Dame-de-Monts markets on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
