Accueil très sympathique du patron et le personnel toujours souriant et à l'écoute. Régal pour les yeux avant les papilles. Les plats sont raffinés et savoureux de l'entrée au dessert. Avec l'apéritif amuse bouche maison offert avec toasts : un délice.
Ce midi nous avons déjeuné en terrasse et avons opté pour : le foie gras de canard marbré maison et son chutney mangue-hibiscus, le filet de canette sauce miel romarin au poivre de Madagascar et ses légumes du moment, carpaccio d'ananas frais et sa boule de glace. La terrine de canard et son cœur marbré aux fruits confits à la troussepinette de Vendée, la poitrine de porc cuisson basse température sauce rhum miel épices avec frites et salade verte et tiramisu à la liqueur de Vendée.
Il n'y avait plus rien dans les assiettes.
