Located in a business park, Bistrovino is a place to live. A warm setting for lunch or after-work drinks and tapas, or the delicious Pulled Pork burger. The concept of the place: jars, savory or sweet, that can also be taken away. A small selection of dishes: perfect egg à la bordelaise, fish with squash/curry sauce or the fondant effiloché de cochon de 16h, and a vegetarian dish: vegetable lasagne with comté cheese. For dessert, we went for the chocolate mousse with black olives and Espelette pepper.
