Restaurant serving fresh and quality products with a tasting menu worked with local flavors.
On the corniche, the restaurant of Jean-Marc Pérochon and his wife has been awarded a star in the Red Guide since 2014. Passionate about his work, he places great emphasis on the freshness and quality of the products, highlighting the product, with a touch of originality, without distorting it. The tasting menu highlights the flavours of the Vendée region. A cuisine of character for a chef who is not short of it! In the sober dining room, the tables are well spaced out and mostly facing the ocean, which can be enjoyed through the large windows.

Déjeuner délicieux a chaque fois bravo a la brigade en cuisine toujours top c'est un plaisir pour les papilles sans oublier le personnel de salle au plaisir de revenir merci

Menu homard, superbe déclinaison autour d'un met noble, sublimé par la patte originale et délicate du chef. Toutes l'équipe est largement au service et à la hauteur de cette table qui rend hommage à la Vendée.

Ce n est pas de la cuisine c est de l Art. Saveur. Goût. Parfum. Texture Décoration sont associés à cette cuisine Haute Couture. Digne d un grand maître. Chapeau l artiste.
