Although discreet, this excellent restaurant 15 minutes from La Roche-sur-Yon is well worth a visit. In a small dining room, Virginie and Antoine offer home cooking based on quality products from local producers. The chef uses herbs and edible flowers in his dishes. Subtle, inventive gourmet cuisine: vegetable plate, sea urchin coral condiment, creamy, spicy broth, then duck smoked with thyme, celery and truffle, with sliced jus. The gourmet conclusion is an apple, caramel and hazelnut dessert.

Les plats étaient délicieux et sors de l'ordinaire, un régal pour les papilles !
La revisite des plats est magnifique et surtout le dessert qui ressemble à un citron et a vraiment le goût du citron, un délice pour les papilles.
Le service était au top.
Attention, pensez à réserver car pas beaucoup de place.
