The two brothers, Olivier and Pascal, cultivate 13 hectares of Muscadet Sèvre et Maine and 18 hectares of IGP Val de Loire grape varieties, using sustainable agriculture and High Environmental Value certification. Their vines are planted on a terroir of schists, micaschists, gabbros and granites from the Armorican Massif. This geological diversity, combined with the proximity of the Atlantic Ocean, lends the estate's wines a beautiful minerality, characteristic iodine notes and great finesse.

Jean-Yves Bretaudeau's production is divided between the name muscadet-goat and Maine, the big-plant of the nantes country and a beautiful range of country wines. The muscadet-sour and Maine is a fruity white wine with fruity bouquet. Heart for the cuvée of the Two Colombes 2003, mineral wine, round and bold, to the notes of fruit with white flesh, many times awarded. Chardonnay is a country wine that attracts all attention and medals that do not have to blush since, whether the muscadet and Maine-on-lie, the gray sauvignon or chardonnay, all have been awarded.
