The warm and welcoming Masama restaurant offers creative cuisine with a South American influence.
Masama is the marriage of Colombian flavors with traditional French cuisine. Installed for more than a year in Saumur, the promising chef Marlon Medina Peña, surprises us with his creativity and offers us a bistronomic cuisine revisited, with South American influences. The setting is warm and simple, the colorful decoration reminds us of the bright and warm colors of this continent, the welcome is smiling and perfectly held by Maria, the mistress of the place. In the plates, we find the contrasts of colors and the alchemy of subtle flavors like this clasico lick of tiger with passion fruit, avocado, grilled corn and lime. A Petit Futé favorite!
