Born in Lyon, the chef Michel Marczak is attached to his native cuisine and wanted to recreate here the atmosphere of a "bouchon", with its traditional dishes and its friendly atmosphere. The marriage of Lyon's tradition and the gentleness of the Anjou region gives a perfectly successful result, both in the kitchen and in the dining room, with a personal decoration found over time.
