Born in Lyon, the chef Michel Marczak is attached to his native cuisine and wanted to recreate here the atmosphere of a "bouchon", with its traditional dishes and its friendly atmosphere. The marriage of Lyon's tradition and the gentleness of the Anjou region gives a perfectly successful result, both in the kitchen and in the dining room, with a personal decoration found over time. On the slate, 5 starters, 5 main courses, 5 desserts like this crispy andouillette pulled with string as a starter, followed by a pig's cheek, garlic cream... A Rabelaisian address as we like them!

Si vous ne faites pas qu'un seul restaurant à Saumur, faites le Pot de lapin. Accueil adorable, cuisine sublime et carte choisi avec passion, c'est probablement le meilleur restaurant que nous avons fait. Et on en fait beaucoup !
Si vous faites deux restaurants à Saumur, faites le Pot de lapin une deuxième fois et régalez vous à nouveau !
