Located in Les Verchers-sur-Layon, 25 km from Saumur, Domaine Bodineau, a winegrowing nugget founded in 1850, unveils 28 hectares of pampered vines on schist slopes along the Layon river. Anne-Sophie and Frédéric open the doors of their estate all year round. Through guided tours, they share the family's winegrowing history, highlighting chenin, cabernet franc, chardonnay, sauvignon and grolleau. Free tastings provide an opportunity to sample such treasures as coteaux-du-layon and Fleur de Schiste.
