Cooking with local products in a restaurant close to the Biopark.
This restaurant, located a stone's throw from the Biopark, is the perfect place to stop and enjoy dishes made from local and fresh products bought directly from producers. The welcome is as perfect as the dishes, which are all beautifully presented. The chef is famous for his sauces such as the cream of chanterelle or garlic, or the sauce with savennières. The entrecote Rouge des Près with its pepper and port sauce is recommended with, to finish, a crème brûlée or a chocolate caramel mirror on vanilla cream. A highly recommended address!
