Fouées to taste in an unusual restaurant in Doué-en-Anjou.
In these cathedrals you will not see gothic vaults but astonishing ogives (up to 12 meters high) characteristic of the falun quarries. You will be served fouées (or fouaces), these traditional breads cooked in a wood fire filled with regional products of your choice: mogettes from Vendée, mushrooms or rillettes, goat cheese from Poitou, all accompanied by Saumur wine! A magical sound and light show in an unusual restaurant that you won't forget!

L'endroit est super top. Le repas typique mais pas assez de choix. L'accueil pas très jovial. C'est également un budget. Je pense qu'on paye réellement le cadre qui est vrai à voir. Je recommande comme même

Très bon restaurant???? très bonne carte serveuses aimable et souriante ????fouées cuit au four à bois un menus bien composé et a volonté .????un endroit très jolie et beau troglodyte a je recommande ce restaurant troglodyte malgré le monde l équipe à très bientôt géré le temp de service ????????
