The Château du Plessis-Macé, a fine medieval edifice with Renaissance alterations, is the property of the Conseil Général. In 2010, the EPCC Anjou Théâtre was entrusted with the task of managing the site. It has become a major entertainment venue, hosting plays, exhibitions, conferences, seminars and even weddings.
