Bistronomic cuisine to enjoy in a restaurant with terrace and beautiful view on the Louet.
Change of owners for the ex-Côté Louet, now called Ros[o]. While the breathtaking panoramic view of the Louet River remains the same, the restaurant has changed its face for a modern and refined interior, tinted with sage green, wood and velvet. In the kitchen, the former chef of Casa Corneille, Tony Pasquier, offers you gourmet bistronomic dishes with straightforward flavors. On the slate: pâté-croûte, candied lemon or soft-boiled egg, butternut and comté for starters; Iberian pig, chestnuts and roots or duck breast, carrots and passion for the main course and clementines, white chocolate and yuzu or "pom'corn" for dessert. A good moment sublimated by the irreproachable reception of the team.
