An address to taste a high quality cuisine in Loiré.

This former coaching inn is divided into different spaces, from the fireplace room, all in stone, to the private rooms. The cuisine, made with fresh and local products (most of the aromatic herbs come from the chef's garden!), is of great quality, as evidenced by the Michelin star that has adorned the inn for the past 10 years! Between audacity and greed, let yourself be subjugated by refined menus during your stroll in Loiré, especially since the chef also thinks of vegetarians and children, to satisfy all the gourmands!

Open all year round. One star in the Michelin guide. Annual closing the first week of January. Wednesday to Saturday from 12 to 1:30 pm and from 7:30 to 9 pm; Sunday from 12 to 1:30 pm. Reservation recommended. Menus from 52 € to 96 €. A la carte menu : 57 € approximately. Children's menu: 17 €. Lunch formula: 32 € (Locavore menu - appetizers, starter, main course and dessert - weekday lunch, except on public holidays). American Express. Groups welcome (on reservation). Baby chairs. Terrace. Animations.

Au centre du village Loiré, sur la route entre Segré et Candé, ce restaurant mérite un arrêt pour y déguster un repas gastronomique, raffiné et savoureux.
Il est possible de manger en salle ou en extérieur dans cet agréable restaurant. C'était un ancien relais-poste qui a été restauré avec goût.
Les mets sont préparés à partir de produits d'excellente qualité, joliment présentés. Le repas fut un vrai régal.
Le service est impeccable, tout comme l'accueil.

Excellent, un vrai régal pour les papilles. Des mélanges de saveurs de l'apéritif au dessert, le chef utilise essentiellement des produits qu'il cultive et des produits locaux et ça se sent. Le cadre est aussi bien sympathique, n'hésitez pas !
