L'Aérienne du Choletais is a flying club based in Cholet. Founded in 1996, the club has 55 enthusiastic volunteer members. It offers the opportunity to learn to fly airplanes and microlights. By joining the aeroclub, members can enjoy the pleasure of discovering the planet from the air, and obtain a private pilot's license for airplanes and microlights. What's more, the aeroclub offers preparation for a civilian or military career as a professional pilot. It also offers aeronautical projects such as aircraft and microlight restoration and renovation, as well as preparation for a round-the-world flight. Approved by various federations and state bodies, l'Aérienne du Choletais provides its members with three aircraft, a microlight, a friendly clubhouse, instructors and teaching resources. Whether for a first flight, an introductory flight, flying lessons or simply to visit the facilities, the Aérienne du Choletais team extends a warm welcome to visitors.
