L’ATELIER GOURMAND
Claire Lehay's success story is a great one! Created in 2005 in Angers, her Atelier Gourmand now has about fifteen franchisees. Smiles, passion and real know-how: you leave her workshop with the desire to come back soon to practice a new recipe. Each participant in the course has his or her own work surface and all the essential accessories, including ovens, for the preparation of good dishes. What pride, even for a complete novice, to make a risotto of prawns flambéed with Cointreau and a chocolate coulant worthy of the best restaurants! Pride doubled by a real pleasure to taste them afterwards, on the spot. The options are varied: seasonal menus, vegetarian, Japanese, macaroon workshops... Add to that workshops for children, lessons in English, individual courses or lessons in food and wine pairing, pastry (to learn how to make superb macaroons or meringues) and an original concept of Escape Cook, where you will have to solve riddles to prepare the menu. In short, there is something for everyone!
