J ai fais poser un poêle à granulés palazzetti il ya deux ans, avec une offre exceptionnelle, la pose à 1euro!!!
J aurai préfère payer la pose et avoir le droit un SAV efficace, enfin il ne risque pas d être efficace, vu qu'il est inexistant !!Franchement on di que c est dur pour les entreprise, mais defois, c'est normal.
La seul façon de faire avec eux, ce sont, les recommandé!!!!
A Éviter absolument !!! Ce sont juste des bons vendeurs!!

I do not imagine that you can say that this team is very " pro". I have bought an oven with granulated (palazetti) at home, I have only problem for 3 years! there is no customer service, they are the inefficient ones in this field. No followed, not electronic lime I have expected a spare part for 6 months... my oven never was state in three years... I really desolate, but you can not write compliments of this company, you did not try them... it is impossible. This company is more than to avoid!
