Built in 1290 by Jean de Jean, this château is famous for having welcomed Queen Margot during the Wars of Religion in September 1585. The room where she stayed, walled up and forgotten for 4 centuries after her departure, was rediscovered in 1990 with all its furnishings. The history of this queen is revealed, and other famous names, such as Louis XIII, can be seen in the shadows of the château. A magnificent Château that bears witness to several chapters in our history.
