You can feel it on your plate: the beef is getting better and dishes like aligot are making their appearance. The Auberge de la Castille is the perfect place to discover a cuisine that is in tune with the Massif Central. You will be able to taste delicious mixed salads, a butcher's piece with Bordeaux sauce, a duck breast or a grilled salmon. The desserts are home made. The establishment joined the Association of the restaurant owners of Tarn-et-Garonne.
