In Parisot, in the heart of the Rouergate part of the department, the pastures seem greener. You can feel it on your plate: the beef is getting better and dishes like aligot are making their appearance. The Auberge de la Castille is the perfect place to discover a cuisine that is in tune with the Massif Central. You will be able to taste delicious mixed salads, a butcher's piece with Bordeaux sauce, a duck breast or a grilled salmon. The desserts are home made. The establishment joined the Association of the restaurant owners of Tarn-et-Garonne.

Nous cherchions un sandwich dans une boulangerie alentour pour manger rapido. Les boulangeries alentours ne proposent pas de sandwich. Allons y pour l’auberge de la castille…. Sans l’ombre d’un regret !! Le genre de petit restaurant qui n’existe que là !! Plats maison produits locaux, patron au top, salade de fruits à en reprendre 3 fois ! Bref … encore une adresse a garder top secret ! Encore merci ! Nous reviendrons !
