La cuisine est parfaite, travaillée, sans ostentation mais avec grande élégance. Le dressage est appliqué comme une certitude et les saveurs se dévoilent toujours, lentement, avec précision.
Belle expérience que ce lieu atypique, n'attendez pas de grandiloquence mais savourez ces instants où la cuisine vous séduit sur un temps suspendu.
