L'Etincelle is an inventive and gourmet cuisine made from fresh and local products. Between the friendly, professional, fast and smiling service and the quality of the dishes, there is really nothing to complain about. April marks the seasonal opening of this restaurant with a menu that is constantly reinvented according to the chef's inspirations. You can taste noble products such as scallops or sweetbreads, and you can drink one of the surprising cocktails offered, such as the gin and tonic with basil. The discoveries are numerous!

Un menu au choix restreint, nous n'avons rien contre mais quand le seul plat de viande est un tartare ..cela restreint encore plus pour ceux qui ne mangent pas de viande crue... Aucun plat à consonance Sud Ouest. Dommage... Nous optons donc pour le plat végétarien n'ayant pas envie du plat de la mer en étant à Lauzerte. Malheureusement le risotto aux légumes s'avère totalement insipide, très pateux et brille surtout par son absence totale de légume. En dessert, l'île flottante sera tout aussi fade et ordinaire. Nous sommes loin du gastronomique. Regrettable dans cette région inspirante et riche en bons produits. Personnel charmant et efficace c'est à souligner.

Très beau dîner à l’étincelle. Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement sur la place médiévale de Lauzerte. Le staff est très charmant, et vous garantira un beau moment.
Les plats sont excellents, vous offrant une expérience gustative unique. De belles assiettes, décorées avec amour. De plus, les plats sont variés, permettant d’accommoder tous les goûts.
Le plat végétarien est travaillé et excellent.
Je recommande vivement ce restaurant, il est incontournable.
