Bar-brewery in the heart of downtown concocting a classic, healthy and well-made cuisine.

Le Canotier - named after the famous Caussade hat, the town's emblem if ever there was one - is a bar-brewery located in the town centre, a few steps from the town hall. It doesn't look like much but it will assure you a simple and efficient service. On the menu you will enjoy a classic, healthy and well-made cuisine: veal sauté with olives, flank steak with shallots, duck confit, salads and daily specials, and a choice of home-made pizzas. The team is welcoming and the atmosphere friendly. Many local regulars.

Opening time and information on LE CANOTIER

Open all year long. From Thursday to Saturday, noon to 2pm and evening from 7pm to 10pm; Saturday noon from 12pm to 2pm. Menu : 13 € approximately. Children's menu : 6,30 €. Wine by the glass. New tapas for 2023 ! Groups welcome (consult the establishment). Terrace.

Accueil très chaleureux et joyeux ce 30 décembre, comme on sait le faire dans le Sud Ouest. Personnel souriant et sympathique. Tres bonne cuisine dans un restaurant convivial. Merci à vous et Bonne année 2024 à toute l'équipe !

Bon rapport qualité prix. Je dois dire que je suis venu prendre un repas à midi "sur le pouce" (pas d'entrée, pas de dessert), et seul. Ce n'était donc pas une véritable sortie restaurant. N'ayant pas trop le temps, j'ai un peu vite "expédié" ce repas. Mais je ne regrette pas d'avoir poussé la porte du Canotier. J'y retournerai à l'occasion car le personnel y est sympathique, d'une bonne humeur communicative.
