Hotel-restaurant in Tanus with flowered garden constituting a stage during the excursions.

This family-run institution, run since 1970 by the Delpous family, has to satisfy even the most impatient diners with a more-than-correct daily menu. Three rooms welcome you in all simplicity. Cécilia and David Delpous offer homemade local cuisine: cassoulet, duck confit... The flavours of Tarn and Aveyron merge in the plate. In summer, a magnificent flower garden awaits you for a gourmet break: veal sweetbreads with porcini mushrooms, Naucelles tripous... Tip: if you're planning a hike in the Ségala region and the Viaur gorges, the Restaurant des Voyageurs is an ideal stop-off point!
