An estate dedicated to safeguarding endangered species, which also boasts a restaurant offering Bellevue delicacies.
Christiane and Jean-Jacques have turned their estate into a Noah's Ark dedicated to the preservation of endangered species. In total, they are home to a hundred different breeds (golden pheasants, four-horned Jacob sheep, Highland goats, etc.). The estate also has a restaurant where you will be served the delicacy of Bellevue: the pig on the spit! You can also have a picnic, dive in the swimming pool, visit and stay overnight in the gîte.

L’accueil est vraiment chaleureux, et que dire du cochon de lait à la broche et des pommes de terre à la graisse de canard ? Une tuerie !!!!
Un restau à ne pas manquer quand on est dans le coin - pour ma part nous avons fait 1h30 de route pour y venir, c’est dire le souvenir gourmand que j’en avais !
