Take out forks and knives, the Marmiton has prepared some beautiful and gourmet surprises for you. Behind the stove, chef Frédéric Dubois combines his thirty years of experience and his love of the land to concoct a traditional cuisine made with local products. A few minutes from Albi, in the charming town of Puygouzon, the address provides a quality menu and a very complete catering service. At his table, the chef combines creativity and authenticity, among the few dishes on offer, customers may have the opportunity to discover the skewer of duck breast and its Roquefort sauce or the filet of sea bream à la plancha and its Noilly Prat sauce.

Bonne adresse pour les repas en groupe (service très efficace, plats chauds et vite servis alors qu'on était presque 80 personnes...). La quantité dans les assiettes n'était pas très importante, à tester à nouveau pour vérifier si c'était dû au caractère de 'repas de groupe'. Par contre, qualité excellente et saveurs combinées avec soin.

J'ai déjeuné avec ma femme au Marmiton. Le cadre nous a plu. Très agréable!
