Harvesting winegrowers, Régine and Jacques Crayssac love their job and are inexhaustible on the products of their cellar, of which they reveal some of the secrets with good humour: the antique cuvée for game and cheese, the fruity and spicy red AOC gaillac, the gravel cuvée (AOC gaillac) for civets, with brown/purple highlights, the local wine Côtes du Tarn rosé... We particularly recommend the sweet white muscadelle, whose yellow-green colour offers a balanced and fluid finish, ideal for foie gras, Roquefort or dessert.
